R-Zero Systems was started as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic with the vision of a better, cleaner world. We are leading a new standard of disinfection for the places we work, learn and play. Beginning with our flagship UV-C device, we are rapidly bringing to market best-in-class hospital-grade infection prevention products that are IoT connected to make the disinfection process visible. We’ve successfully raised venture funding from leading investors and are building out a team.
The intellectually curious and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate will support the broader marketing operation with a focus on planning, execution, and automation of B2B lead generation campaigns. They will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective content and campaigns that resonate with target verticals and drive key actions – such as email templates, landing pages, forms, social media, ads, newsletters, and more.
What You’ll Do
Create and schedule acquisition and engagement email campaigns via Hubspot, including building creative and defining precise audience lists
Design, develop, test and deploy workflow automations in Hubspot
Launch ongoing PPC and paid social campaigns including copy, audience, keywords, and budget
Set up and report out on multivariate tests and assist with monitoring and reporting, keeping an eye on important metrics and trends to understand campaign success and optimize on a day-to-day basis
Promote R-Zero content, news and announcements via organic social and work closely with Head of Communications and Content Manager to maintain an ongoing content calendar
Work closely with third-party agencies, including developing briefs for ad creative
Regularly review tracking, attribution and lead flow into Salesforce
Collaborate with team to inform our vision, strategy, systems, and processes to continuously improve the marketing operation

Familiarity with all major social media platforms, Hubspot, Salesforce, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and Google Adwords a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years in an operational role with proven success
