Empower operational teams: Integrate key actionable data points into load-bearing operational CRMs, including Marketo, Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.
Ad-hoc analysis: Self-start your own investigations to help us understand how customers are interacting with our platform and how we can better support them. Work with leaders around the company to research specific trends, issues and operationalize reponses.
Collaborate on compliance initiatives: Data privacy management is a key consideration as we learn about our customers and the industry. You’ll maintain need-to-know access controls, sanitization, and aggregation when sharing insights around the company.
