Katie Hoffman

Katie Hoffman is a General Partner at SOSV and a Partner at HAX, based in Newark, New Jersey. Previously, she was a founding partner and investment committee member at Regeneration.VC, an early-stage venture fund investing in circular hardware and software. With nearly 15 years in climate policy and investment, Katie helped launch one of the first low-carbon ETFs on the NYSE and crafted climate-smart strategies for institutions, family offices, and brands. She has developed green tech incubator, accelerator, and syndicate programs at the University of California, New Energy Nexus, NEXUS Global, and with Women Moving Markets, supporting over 100 companies. Katie holds degrees in History and Environmental Science from UC Berkeley.
