I am intensely committed to solving the energy and climate challenges of the 21st century by harnessing technology to develop practical solutions. In 2014, I founded Clarity, Inc., developer of the first wearable air quality monitor, and took our team through China’s HAXLR8R program in Shenzhen. At the University of California, Berkeley, I’ve focused on atmospheric/ climate science and computer science, developing code and analyzing data to improve cloud modeling in the Environmental Fluid Mechanics Laboratory at UC Berkeley. In all endeavors, I bring a genuine optimism coupled with dogged determination, qualities that help projects move forward and groups gel. As a May 2016 graduate, I am excited to join Verdigris Technologies as a Software Engineer and use artificial intelligence to reduce energy use in commercial buildings.
