My name is Will Hart, and I’m the GM of Prototyping at Particle. I manage our hardware development process from the creation of early prototypes to the delivery of finished goods to our customers. My background is in Mechanical Engineering, and I have a self-taught aptitude for digital electronics and overseas manufacturing.

My current professional interest is the application Agile principles to traditional hardware development as a means to decrease the risk, development costs, and time to market for new products.
