The Last Gameboard, a 2020 HAX company, announced today the close of a $4M seed round to launch their digital tabletop platform in late 2021.

The round was led by TheVentureCity, with participation from SOSV, Riot Games, Conscience VC, Corner3 VC and others.

The Last Gameboard turns analog tabletop gaming into a rich digital experience, and will support breakout games from studios like Asmodee Digital,known for “Catan” and “Carcassonne,” at launch.

“They are the first to effectively tie collaborative physical and digital game play together while not losing the community, storytelling or competitive foundations that we all look for in gaming,” said HAX partner Garrett Winther.
