Arculus’s SputteredPipe™, an MIT-licensed ultra-thin Al/Al₂O₃ multilayer coating applied via magnetron sputtering, prevents corrosion, boosts flow throughput by up to 48.8%, and enables CO₂ transport and hydrogen blending in existing infrastructure. They sell to pipe manufacturers for new installations and, via their autonomous SputterPig™ robot, retrofit already-deployed pipelines — generating recurring revenue on a per-coated-foot basis.
